Project Manager - North West - Prince 2, Change, Risk
Our North West based client requires an experienced project manager who will be responsible for leading projects, managing suppliers, and may be involved with issue, risk and change management.
You will have proven project management experience, and will be responsible for
·Managing project teams of between 10-20 people
·Budgets of between £500k - £2million
.Manage a third party supplier
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
·Able to plan and organise
·Appreciation of client needs (such as financial, utilities and telecomms clients.)
·Very good working knowledge of at least one PC based Project Management package, eg MS Project or PMW
·Very good working knowledge of the MS Office products, particularly Word and Excel
·Strong written and verbal communication skills
·Understands processes and procedures in relation to project management, financial, change control, risk management and issue management
·Able to plan and organise
·Able to deliver output to quality and schedule
·Good written and verbal communication
·Delivery focused
·Appreciation of client needs
·Attention to detail
·Prepared to challenge
·Understanding of Prince 2 to Foundation level
